Requirements:

• Be a member of the Massachusetts Morgan Horse Association
• Complete and submit an application by August 1
• Enclose proof (copies of documents are acceptable) of your acceptance to a program of continuing education you will attend during the academic year
• Include two letters of recommendation; one must be from a MMHA member
• Never have been previously awarded the Mass Morgan Scholarship
